The Itinerary:
Arrival: 4pm Thursday 14 May 2026
Meet, Greet & Welcome Dinner
Dingle Bay with the tide in.
You will be collected from Dingle town and taken to your accomodation where you will have time to check-in and unpack.
With time before dinner, we have the opportunity to get to know the landscape with a short walk to Brandon Creek, Cuas a' Bhodaig, to set your intentions by the edge of the sea.
Back at An Bóthar restaurant, we shall feast like noble ones whilst connecting with eachother in our small intimate group.
We retire to the guest lounge to draw oracle cards; enjoy the panoramic views and the glorious West Kerry sunset whilst being serenaded by the sheep, lambs and birds.
Day 1: Friday 15 May 2026
Connecting to the Energy Portals Pilgrimage Posts & Activating Your Codes with the Voices of the Land
Eimear at Kilmalkedar Church with Ogham Stone
Gallarus Oratory from the side
Gallarus Oratory
Entering into sacred ceremony, we go on excursions to the nearby sacred sites including Kilmalkedar 12th Century church where my ancestors are buried and have stories to share; commune with the pure waters of St Brendan’s Holy Well (if accessible) and the hidden gem of St Brendan’s Oratory.
Then we travel the short distance to the magnificently enduring 7th Century Gallarus Oratory which awaits your presence. Spending time here to enjoy the full “Gallurus Experience” (all will be revealed!) whilst connecting to the powerful portals, nodes and elementals at these sites; the peace and serenity is palpable here.
Dinner at The Bóthar Pub & Restaurant.
Day 2: Saturday 16 May 2026
Stand at the Threshold of Your Knowing with the Voices of the Ancestors
Cuas a' Bhodaig / Brandon Creek where the Christian Monk, St Brendan, set sail on his 7 year voyage of discovery in 6th century.
Cathair na BhFionnúrach ancient Stone fort, Cuas
It's a short walk to Cuas a' Bhodaig / Brandon Creek, past Grandfather Jim's birth home to the place where St Brendan set sail on his voyage of discovery, to return with scéalta nua / new stories and yarns. This place holds a special kind of magic and stillness, gazing into the creek at the edge of our knowing. St Brendan’s Feast Day is 16th May annually.
Walk along the bóithrín, the little road, to Cathair na BhFionnúrach Stone fort, huts & souterrain. At the foot of Ireland’s second highest mountain, Mount Brandon, enjoy the magical, serene energies here as well as spectacular panoramas. Connect to the stones and meditate in circle with them to receive messages. We will sing and dance our names back into these lands!
Dinner at The Bóthar Pub & Restaurant.
Day 3: Sunday 17 May 2026
Releasing Your Old Self Whilst Allowing Your Deepest Sacred Story to Unfold & A Freshly Cooked Foraged Feast
Tráigh an Fhíona / Wine Strand
An Riasc / Reask monastic settlement
Louise Brosnan, Chef teaching Wild Foraging
Excursion to Tráigh an Fhíona / Wine Strand, the beach of my childhood. Walk along the sandy shore and allow the soft gentle air (aer bog cumhra) to wipe away all your worries, washing them away into the vast salty sea. Walk to Béal Bán beach and the beach of my ancestors. Take a dip in the salty ocean if you're feeling brave! These are beautiful places to gather in meditation upon the land; to release what is no longer serving and to call in the ancient new stories and parts of you.
Trip to An Riasc / Reask monastic settlement to connect with the ancient stones and be in silence to commune with the sacred stones as storykeepers. Listen to the messages from the stones and land.
We have the honour to spend time with multi-award winning Chef and Entrepreneur, Louise Brosnan who will teach us about local Wild Foraging of hedgegrow plants and seaweed. Louise is my cousin, a Dingle native and native Irish speaker. We get to experience and savour an added bonus of dinner in the form of a Wild Foraged Feast freshly cooked by Louise at her home in Coumgaugh, near Grandfather Jim’s house.
“Marbh is an chroí nach dtógfadh aer bog cumhra na farraige an smúit agus an brón de.
Hardened is the heart from which the soft fragrant air of the sea can’t take the sorrow and grief from you.””
Day 4: Monday 18 May 2026
Step Back in Time to Travel to an Uninhabited Island & Reconnect with Those Untended Parts of Self as Echoes of The Past
An Blascaod Mor - The Great Blasket Island from Dunquin Pier
An Trá Bán / The White Strand on The Great Blasket island
Echoes of our past - houses, now uninhabited, on The Great Blasket Island
Day Trip from Dunquin to An Blaoscaod Mor / The Great Blasket Island to deepen our connection to the ancestors of these lands; hear the stories of the people that lived here, including renowned storytellers such as Peig Sayers and Tomas O’Croithin. Enjoy a walk along the spine of the island and the feeling of isolation on the edge of the world. We will spend time on An Trá Bán / The White Strand in meditation and to anchor the depths of peace, awe and wonder back into our systems.
St Gobnait at her well in Dunquin
After returning Dunquin on the mainland, we take a short drive to St Gobnait’s Well, patron saint of Dunquin, to enjoy a short walk with the most spectacular panoramic views of The Blasket Islands and beyond….weather dependant! St Gobnait was a 6th Century Abbotess and is the patron saint of bees and beekeepers. Feel her strong presence here where she offers guidance through her pure healing waters filtered through these ancient lands.
Enjoy dinner in Kruger’s Bar, the most westerly pub in Europe!
Inis Tuaisceart / An Fear Marbh - The most northerly of the Blasket Islands. The Dead Man or the Sleeping Giant - to me this is the Sleeping Goddess ready to awaken now.
Day 5: Tuesday 19 May 2026
Connect to Your Innate Wildness with Our Wild Atlantic Way Excursion
Clogher Strand with The Sleeping Goddess framed by cliffs and sea, Slea Head, Dingle Peninsula
Today we take a trip around the dramatic land and seascape of Slea Head, stopping off at the many sacred sites of interest. We will spend time on the powerful Clogher Strand to enjoy a deeply healing immram boat journey meditation on the sand by the ocean in honour of your voyage of self-discovery.
We return to Dingle town where you will have copious free time in Dingle town with an opportunity to enjoy the many craft shops and sample the delicious fresh Dingle food, with live music as an added cultural bonus!

The Accommodation
An Bóthar Guesthouse & Pub
An Bóthar means the road.
Eimear’s grand-aunt Margaret and grand-uncle Tommy ran An Bóthar many many years ago and it remains in the family now, being run by Eimear’s cousin Maurice. You are guaranteed a warm Irish welcome from Maurice and Aileen. This magical place is also the birth place of her grandfather Jim at Cuas a'Bhodaigh / Brandon Creek, a 10/15 minute drive from Dingle town.
An Bóthar Guesthouse boasts rooms that are decorated to 4 star standard ensuring a peaceful nights sleep for all retreat attendees. There are stunning views from all rooms, of Mount Brandon, the second highest mountain in Ireland, to the front and the beautiful Three Sisters Mountains and Smerwick Harbour to the rear.
All rooms are ensuite with baths or power showers, flat screen T.Vs, hairdryers and free WIFI throughout.
The guest lounge, with it's fabulous picture windows that capture the beauty of The Three Sisters and Tower Baile Dhá / Ballydavid Tower, is a room to relax in, to read, write, meditate or connect with your new retreat friends.
There is a complimentary tea and coffee bar with biscuits to get you started.
You are guaranteed a very warm Irish welcome here!
Bia - Food
Breakfast at An Bóthar pub is a very memorable experience! With home made brown bread, freshly baked croissants and rolls, cold meat, smoked salmon, cheese, juices, cereals and fruit galore, you will feast like noble royalty from the breakfast buffet table. Start your breakfast experience with a cup of our freshly ground coffee which we are often told is the best coffee the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer.
A packed lunch is made daily at An Bóthar to take with us for our excursions. You can choose from a variety of fillings.
Dinner is served in the lovely traditional bar. Much of the food is locally sourced from the food haven of Dingle and is freshly prepared by the resident An Bóthar chef. There is a selection of local craft beers for purchase at the bar as well as other local spirits.
Your ceremonial banquet awaits, Irish style!

Testimonials & Praise for Eimear from Previous Dingle Retreats:
“Personally I found the retreat to be unique and transforming.
Our host Eimear has a nurturing and joyful nature, welcoming us all like we were family! Each song, each meditation and each sacred journeying session was deeply felt spiritually!! We celebrated each day for what we have accomplished and for making our wishes possible! Lots of laughter and tears, a lifetime experience I’ll hold close to my heart. I didn’t want the retreat to end and would have loved more days added for more adventures and time spent together!
~ Sophia from Australia. Dingle Ireland 2025 Retreat
“Fabulous. Magical and very comfortable.
The comraderie with Eimear and all the participants was wonderful! I loved it all, the choices of the sites we visited and the healing ceremonies / journeys were amazing! A wonderful retreat, would highly recommend!”
~ Monica from Canada. Dingle Ireland 2025 Retreat
“THANK-YOU!!!!! Thank-you for sharing your precious childhood memories and places and making it all special for US to appreciate and enjoy.
I loved that we were all together in the same place for a true group experience. Having the lounge was wonderful for our morning and evening wandering in and out. The inn was just the right size, really cozy.
I appreciated the way things just unfolded naturally, rather than trying to "force" fit into a predetermined schedule. The stories were discreetly sprinkled in throughout…I also loved the way we could improvise around the "plan"- we pretty much did everything/went everywhere, but in the right time, with lots of lovely surprises sprinkled throughout.”

Meet Your Host, Eimear Stassin
Eimear Stassin is a Seanchaí (Shan-a-key)/ an Irish sacred storyteller. Through her evolving work, she carries on the traditions of her Irish lineages as story weaver, poet and crafter of the true lore. In Irish Mythology, Eimear is said to possess the six gifts of womanhood, something Eimear is rediscovering within herself.
After graduating with a Masters in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, she enjoyed a 20 year career in Corporate Financial Services. In 2004 she took an internal career change into Corporate Training. A move which planted the seeds for her future entrepreneurial calling. At the time of Bealtaine 2017, she finally listened to the tug of her soul (and the whispers of the witches) to seek nourishment and expansion out with Corporate and dove head first into Entrepreneurship.
Eimear is from Dublin, Ireland with her roots deeply embedded in West Kerry and West Cork where she spent all her childhood and many of her adulthood holidays. Her mother is from Dingle where many of her family still live, and her ancestors have been traced back to as long as records exist to the Dingle Peninsula. Dingle is her soul home.
In 2024 she founded The Irish Wisdom School. A space where the voice of Ireland can be shared now. Eimear now lives in Falkirk, Scotland with her husband, 3 growing children and Border Collie dog called Riley.

Even More Praise for Eimear from Other Retreats:
"EVERY moment was WOW! Seriously. Mind blowing WOW! All of it!
Eimear, your heart.
I am blown away by your heart. And, I am so grateful for your humility...your Magic inspires people to take risks on themselves and step forward in trust. Your sense of humor creates a conduit to be kinder with ourselves and lighten our burdens.
Your storytelling weaves dreams into reality right in front of our very eyes!
Oh my goodness!
Thank you for your tender Spirit and Presence.
I honor you and the way you are inspiring all of us to laugh and dream with you."
- Jennifer C, Texas, USA
"There was such a sense of acceptance and freedom. Loved the fun and laughter. It was so infectious.
There was a cosy welcoming energy to retreat. The love and respect between participants. The way you allowed the flow to change as it needed too. Everyone was encouraged to participate in whatever way the energy moved them.
Eimear, what to say about you, dear one! Your warmth, love, sense of fun and total professionalism all rolled up in a witch with a huge smile and even bigger heart.
You are the central wheel that had an idea and made it happen. I'm eternally grateful. It was why I was meant to travel all the way from Australia to experience magic - your magic."
- Suzanne Dainer, Australia
"Given the experience of the weekend - it’s impossible to be anything but in awe of it!
Eimear, your graciousness, ease and warmth set the tone and temperament for the entire experience - and that was important as we each rode the rollercoaster of our own experience. You are a generous leader and your steadying presence was important through all the work that was undertaken. I was blown away with what I received.
The schedule was good - with enough time for rest and breaks, and to enjoy breakfast. The balance of opportunity for each to speak so that we all got a sense of who each other is, was really good. Each had time, no one dominated.
I have not attended anything like this before...your event was grounded, possible to step into for me - and in a most compelling place! I think it was an off the charts success - and thank you for it!" - JB, Canada
“Eimear is such a light for the new earth.
She shines so bright.
Because of her nature of being so giving to others, she is leading many people onto their soul paths.
She’s something really special for the new age.
Her energies are so gorgeous.”
- Sue Grassby, UK
