Meitheal ~ A Gathering
Meitheal is the Irish word for a gathering. And yet, as is the case with the indigenous tongue, it has multiple meanings.
Meitheal is a way of coming together in community to plant, weave, harvest and celebrate. To support eachother in work and play in mutual co-operation.
It’s an ancient expression of the spirit that upholds community in a natural, organic way by bringing us closer to pure harmonious ways of living that are innately familiar to us.
At the Irish Wisdom School, we are resurrecting the ancient ways and knowing of the meitheal as a means of co-creating new support systems, sacred economies and communities to bring each other’s individual and collective soul missions forward to ground into new earth now. And we can do this now online and in person!

Be our voice.
Speak our stories.
Honour our flesh and bones upon native soil. Home grown on the lands of Éirú.
Don’t shy away from what’s painful.
Don’t use the name of Ireland to profit only your pockets.
Turn gently towards all of that painful history that’s still embedded in the bones of the collective.
It’s ok to speak about these wounds – the colonial wounds and all these wounds deeply felt by the people of Ireland and beyond.
When you speak, this loosens the density of the shame and silence that’s holding these lands captive.
This sets your cells free organically, naturally repairing your DNA as the pain releases and returns to earth source to be transmuted home to truth.
Come, step into sacred space.
Remember how we lived in wondrous co-creative ways.
Dancing with the spirits of the land.
Communing with the elementals.
Weaving magic with the fairies.
Dreamweaving together.
Birthing new worlds into existance.

At the Irish Wisdom School, we share the ancient Irish and Indigenous ways as wisdom keepers who have returned for these times.
“Voices of the ancestors; voices of the land.
We sing the songs of our inheritance.
We weave new stories into existance now.”
When civilizations such as Atlantis fell, many of us departed to other realms or chose to disperse to other parts of our earth. Through the trauma of these falls, many became separated from our soul truth and original source wisdom. Persecution pursued and power was wielded over us in our Witch, Magdalene, Essene, Cathar, Druidic, Celtic, Priest, Priestess Indigenous communities. Embedding trauma for millennia to come. Wolves were hunted to extinction and our sacred groves chopped down.
We hold all of the memories within our DNA. Within the very core of our cells.
Patterns of divide and conquer alongside colonial domination intended to eradicate our ancient ways.
Yet luckily,
we made a pact to return.
With the wisdom teachings intact,
now we share them.
May all hearts turn towards the island of Ireland and to the indigenous lands.

Meet The Irish Wisdom School’s Founder,
Eimear Stassin
~ From Corporate Trainer to Embodied Queen ~
Dia duit / Hi!
I’m Eimear (rhymes with Dreamer).
I’m from Dublin, Ireland and, after travelling the world for a year in ‘99/ 2000, I laid down new roots in Scotland where I live with my husband, 3 children and Border Collie called Riley.
In early 2017 I stepped out through the revolving doors of Corporate into the setting sun of Edinburgh’s West End, leaving my 20 year Global Financial Services Career for good.
Choosing entrepreneurship set me on a path of deep spiritual exploration of self, identity and our purpose here on earth. With no road map other than my growing trust in the wisdom of my soul, I could not have planned for what has unfolded since!
A dramatic witch awakening on 8:8:2020 whilst going on tour of the Edinburgh Dungeons in Scotland plunged me deeper into healing the witch wounds of persecution, suppression and silencing. Opening my channels to the transmissions of The Witches and my own gifts that I had shut down and buried, healing my throat chakra to speak this wisdom into the collective once again.
Around the same time, my curiosity piqued into my own Irish heritage including my namesake Eimear of the 6 gifts of womanhood, aligning me with The Irish Medicine Wheel and Irish Goddesses, who walked the spiral path alongside the witches to guide me, poking me lovingly when I felt too overwhelmed to continue!
The land was calling me home! The pull was strong to travel to the sacred sites of these goddesses and witches, mainly around Ireland and Scotland, to embody the remembrances and to continue to heal. Returning to my deep Irish roots and to stories of my ancestors continues to unlock so much magic, inspiration and creativity from within me in an endless well of wisdom so rich and profound!
Goddess Brigid made herself known to me in early 2023, handing me a tiny ember that became a flame in the palm of my hand. Alongside her came The Magdalenes as a collective returning now as one, of deep nurturing love.
In late 2024, I founded The Irish Wisdom School where the voices and wisdom of Ireland could speak freely once again.
From WITCHES to GODDESSES to MAGDALENES to QUEEN.
The first message I received from The Witches of Edinburgh Castle Esplanade on 8-8-2020 was:
Witches. Rise up. Return to your power.
Witches. Rise up. Now is the hour.
Witches. Rise up. Step onto your throne.
Witches. Rise Up. It’s time to come home.
Regardless of what archetype you resonate with (or don’t resonate with at all), we are being called both individually and collectively to rise up and embody our innate power that has always been here. To realise the divine beings that we are and to re-integrate that into our everyday life as magic. I invite you to walk alongside me, as we learn, inspire, heal, uplift and embody our unique royal noble frequency of [insert resonant archetype!] Queens’ GOLD.
